AttachView give users the ability to view all document types as secure HTML pages, which are not stored in the browser cache of the local machine.

Administrators can create rules disabling the print function for OWA attachments so users do not have the option to print an attachment, eliminating the risk of exposing confidential documents on public printers.

Administrators can control a user’s ability to open/view/print an attachment. Groups can be divided based on IP address, user groups, corporate device recognition, and additional criteria in alignment with company security policies.

The ability to view Track Changes Revisions in OWA is only available with Messageware AttachView.
