AttachView for Exchange 2007

AttachView secures attachments in OWA 2007, adding over 400 file types to the WebReady Document Viewing feature in native Outlook Web Access from Microsoft’s 4. Exchange Administrators can customize security settings on a granular level, controlling the user’s ability to view, open, print and save documents. Additional viewing features include Track Changes revisions in Microsoft Word documents, faster attachment viewing, make it easier for users to work with documents from any location.

NavGuard for Exchange 2007

NavGuard monitors when an OWA user has created a security vulnerability by navigating away from an active OWA session without logging off. NavGuard’s user-friendly prompt alerts the user when a security event has occurred, with the option to logoff before continuing to another page or returning to the active OWA session.

TimeGuard for Exchange 2007

TimeGuard provides a user-friendly prompt shortly before the user reaches the session inactivity limit, giving him the option to either extend the session or logout. TimeGuard provides a maximum timeout option which requires users to re-authenticate after a predefined maximum session time has passed. Extend the security provided by ISA and forms based authentication (FBA) to offer total protection for OWA users.

OWA Print for Exchange 2007

OWA 2007 has no Calendar printing capability other than Windows Screen Print, which results in poorly formatted print outs littered with extraneous information. OWA Print provides users of OWA and OWA Light the capability to see and print their daily, weekly and monthly calendars and schedules in multiple layouts. Users with CalendarShare installed can also see and print their delegate’s schedules. OWA Light users can now print emails, appointments, meeting items and contacts; functionality that was only previously available in OWA.

ActiveSend for Exchange 2007

ActiveSend makes it easier to send email using OWA from within Microsoft Office or other desktop applications. ActiveSend enables the File/SendTo command from within the application. as well as “Mail to” functionality on web pages, using OWA as the default email. With ActiveSend, OWA users no longer have to save documents to their local computer and attach files to an email, saving time and effort.
