OWA Print 2007
OWA Print adds powerful printing capability for calendars to Outlook Web App. OWA Print users with OWA and OWA Light gain the capability to see and print their daily, weekly, and monthly calendars and schedules in multiple layouts; users can also see and print their delegate's schedules. Powered by an intelligent print engine, OWA Print determines the optimum print layout for calendars based on the user's preferences; this includes automatic rotation for Portrait and Landscape printing.
OWA Light users will find additional functionality, allowing them to print emails, appointments, meeting items and contacts; functionality that was previously only available in the full version of OWA.

Calendar Printing
OWA Print will print a high quality formatted document from any layout of calendars and schedules in multiple views.
Users can choose to print the selected calendar or to print all calendars that are open including the user’s Primary calendar, Personal calendar and any Delegate’s calendars. |

Printing Emails
OWA Light users can now print emails; a function not available natively. |

Select the Layout of the Calendar to be printed
Options include any of the four available Calendar Views: Day, Week, Work Week and Month layouts. |

Printing meetings and appointments
OWA Light users can now print Appointments and Meetings in a concise printout summarizing all of the details. |

Choose the style of the schedule to be printed
Each layout option (month, week or day) can be printed in one of three styles. |

OWA Light users can now print single contacts in a printout containing all information included on the contact page in OWA. |
