OWA Print 2010
OWA Print provides users with a powerful printing capability for calendars and contacts from within Outlook Web App. OWA Print provides users of OWA and OWA Light the capability to see and print their daily, weekly, and monthly calendars and schedules in multiple layouts; users can also see and print their delegate’s schedules. Powered by an intelligent print engine, OWA Print determines the optimum print layout for calendars based on the user’s preferences; this includes automatic rotation for Portrait and Landscape printing.
OWA Print also extends the ability to print Contacts in several different formats including Business Card and Phone Directory styles. OWA Light users will find additional functionality, allowing them to print emails, appointments, and meeting items; functionality that was previously only available in the full version of OWA.

Calendar Printing
OWA Print will print a high quality formatted document from any layout of their calendars and schedules in multiple views.
Users can choose to print the selected calendar or to print all calendars that are open including the user’s Primary calendar, Personal calendar and any Delegates calendars. |

Select the Layout of the Calendar to be printed
Options include any of the four available Calendar Views: Day, Week, Work Week and Month layouts.

Choose the style of the schedule to be printed
Each layout option (month, week or day) can be printed in one of three styles.

Contact Printing
OWA Print extends the ability to print contacts in different formats, allowing users to select both the style and range of the contacts to be printed. |

Styles available to choose from include Phone Directory, Business Card, Memo or Summary. |

Advanced Options
Further customize the look of your printouts through Advanced Options available within the print dialog window.
Advanced options allow users to fine tune the Memo, Business Card and Phone Directory formats with more options including hundreds of different style combinations for business cards.

Printing Emails
Give OWA Light users the capability to print emails; a function not available natively.

Printing meetings and appointments
OWA Light users will have the ability to print Appointments and Meetings in a concise printout summarizing all of the details.
